Terms and conditions – 10% off Annual Multi-Trip and Single-Trip Travel Insurance, using code “APP10”.

1. The promoter is Post Office Management Services Limited, registered office 100 Wood Street, London, EC2V 7ER (the Promoter).
2. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 
3. Customers who purchase a new Annual Multi-Trip Post Office Travel Insurance policy or new Single-Trip Post Office Travel Insurance policy (Travel Insurance) on the APP or through our contact centre from 30 September 2024 to 14 October 2024 inclusive will be entitled to claim a 10% discount on the price of the Travel Insurance using code “APP10”. 
4. Travel Insurance 10% discount applies to the full premium payable, including any additional premium payable for any pre-existing medical conditions or additional cover options you have chosen to include. 
5. The Offer is not available to customers renewing an existing Annual Multi-Trip Travel Insurance policy. 
6. Customers can apply for more than one Travel Insurance policy, and the 10% discount will apply to each policy taken out. 
7. The Travel Insurance policy you buy does not have to be in your name and can have other people covered by the policy. Only one discount can be redeemed per Annual Multi-Trip or Single-Trip Travel Insurance policy. 
8. Travel Insurance policies are subject to eligibility criteria (including age restrictions), and full terms and conditions all of which can be found in the Travel Insurance policy documents. 
9. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 
10. If you decide to cancel your Annual Multi-Trip Travel Insurance policy within the first 14 days of receiving the policy documentation or before the start date of the policy (including if you are replacing an Annual Multi-Trip policy with a Single-Trip policy), or you decide to cancel your Single-Trip policy within 14 days of receiving the policy documentation, the refund will be the actual premium amount (inclusive of the discount) paid. 
11. This Offer does not apply to Post Office Limited employees, Post Office Management Services Limited employees, or Post Office Sub-postmasters and their employees who work in Post Office branches. 
12. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend, substitute or cancel this promotion and Terms and Conditions at any time.
