We are working hard with Royal Mail to continue to keep the UK’s mail moving in unprecedented times. Despite our best endeavours, we continue to experience unplanned Post Office Branch closures or reduced opening hours due to coronavirus-related absences. Additionally, some areas of the country will experience a reduction in delivery service levels.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and ask that you please bear with us
