You can access cash via your bank using our branches and network of ATMs.
You can access our bill payment services in our Post Office branches and Payzone stores as normal.
There is currently no disruption to our ability to provide Post Office Card Account (POCA) services.
We're experiencing an unprecedented demand for our service, so it may take us longer to process verifications.
We have revised our call centre hours and you may experience longer waits when you phone us. Please use online resources where possible.
Royal Mail and Parcelforce Worldwide are keeping delivery and collection services running, however have made some adjustments to handling procedures and services.
We are introducing more services to help vulnerable and isolated customers. Find out more.
We're offering payment breaks of up to 3 months to help our customers. These can be requested online.
We have processes in place to help Savings customers who have fixed-term bonds and are experiencing hardship.
We have suspended sales of travel money online or for pre-order in branches.
If your holiday is cancelled, you may be eligible for a refund. We also buy back unused currency.
We have temporarily suspended all sales of our Travel Insurance products.
Policies bought before 16 March 2020 remain valid. Policies can be invalidated by travelling to destinations the FCO advise against.
There is currently no disruption to our Online Money Transfer services.
You can continue to use our branches, app and the web to make international transfers.
We want to reassure new customers and existing policyholders that there are currently no changes to Post Office Term Life Insurance or Over 50s Life Insurance. Please note however, we are not accepting new applications for Free Parent Life Cover.
