Getting help and support

The government have set up a page to help you with many aspects of the Payment Exception Service.

If you only have limited access to the internet, there is also a phone number you can call.

You’ll need to use the Payment Exception Service helpline, who run this service on behalf of the office that pays your benefit.

  • Bank holidays in England and Wales: 9am – 6pm
