Terms and conditions
1. Definitions: 1.1. Promoter: Post Office Limited, 100 Wood Street, London, EC2V 7ER. 1.2. Promotional Period: 00.01 on 11th June until 23:59 on 17th June 2024. 1.3. Closing Date: 23:59 on 17th June 2024.
2. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over except employees of Post Office Limited, Post Office postmasters, First Rate Exchange Services Limited, their families, agents of employees or postmasters who work in Post Office branches or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
3. This promotion will start on 00:01 11/06/2024 and end on 23:59 17/06/2024.
4. The qualifying customer must purchase their new Travel Money Card, in a Post Office branch, with the Sterling equivalent of £500 minimum load in one of 21 foreign currencies available (excluding GBP).
5. Customers who meet the qualifying criteria set out in clause 4, will qualify for £10’s worth of free currency added to their initial load. The currency loaded will be the same currency, at the same rate of the initial load completed. 6. Travel Money Cards purchased after the Closing Date will not be valid.
7. This Offer is limited to the use of one £10 bonus per customer. Where multiple Travel Money Cards are loaded by the same person, the Promoter will only apply the £10 bonus to the first Travel Money Card loaded.
8. The promotion will only apply to accounts that comply with all instructions set out in clause 4 and all identification, address verification and anti-money laundering checks have been completed at the point of sale. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse a load at any time during the promotion, if the terms and conditions of the promotion are not met, and in exceptional circumstances.
9. The £10 bonus will be loaded onto the qualifying TMC within 3 working days of purchase.
10.This offer will only be used for new card loads onto a Post Office Travel Money Card, strictly no cash alternative is available.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion without notice where it becomes necessary to do so as a result of: actions beyond our reasonable control; a legal or regulatory issue; a systems failure; or the failure by any third party to perform services.
12. The Promoter may cancel, suspend, and amend this promotion at any time if there is reasonable justification to do so, by giving reasonable notice on its website.
13. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. These terms and conditions can be extended, withdrawn, amended, substituted or cancelled at any time if there is reasonable justification to do so.
15. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other prize draw or competition.
16. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English and Welsh law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
17. These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.
