Helping you take care of Christmas

Christmas is our busiest time of year. With more customers and branches continuing to observe social distancing guidelines to keep everyone safe, things could take a bit longer than usual.

To make your visit as quick as possible we’re advising all customers to post early to avoid the rush. Or, if possible, try to visit us at a quieter time.

Ask your local branch about their specific quieter times. Or use our Branch Finder to find out if a branch is open at the weekend, early in the morning or later in the evening.

Need to leave it to the last minute? We’re still here for you. Check the latest recommended posting dates for all services within the UK and abroad below. Please note, they’re correct at the time of publishing but, with the current situation, subject to change.
