When you apply for a policy, you’ll see a 'Your details' page. This has an empty field for a promotional code. Enter ‘PETBOX’ in this field, then follow the steps to finish buying your policy.
Three months after your policy starts, you’ll receive an email from us with a redemption code. Follow the instructions to claim your welcome box on the Pet Hamper website. That’s all there is to it.
