If you contact us, there may be longer waiting times than usual as we are working to keep our staff safe - we’ll do our very best to answer your queries as soon as possible.
Please register and log in to your Self Service Centre in the first instance as this allows you to do the following online -
View & download documentation such as your Certificate of Insurance
Upload or email us your Proof of No Claims Discount
View and make changes to your policy
Our webchat team will also be available to help you once logged in.
Please don’t send us anything by post at the moment. If you need to send us proof of no claims discount, you can do this by logging in.
If you are looking to accept or decline your renewal, the easiest way to do this is to visit our website and log into your Self-Service Centre, where you can complete your changes or contact us using our webchat.
Whilst we are all working from home our Motor Contact Centre opening hours are Mon - Sat 8-6pm and Sunday 10-4pm.
