Your health is your wealth, as the saying goes. Well, with life insurance, you’re looking after the second part of it, but what about the first? With any life cover policy you buy from Post Office^ you can access our Health and Wellbeing Services for free. They’re designed with you in mind to help you stay healthy and simplify your wellbeing needs.
- Available to you, your partner and all your children up to the age of 21.
- Your dedicated nurse champion on hand from 9:30am to 5:30pm weekdays to help with all health matters, including navigating appointments, referrals and post-appointment assistance.
- Private GP appointments for referrals and second opinions.
This complimentary service is separate to and doesn’t form part of the policy contract. As such, it may be withdrawn at any time.

- Nutrition and diet guidance personalised to you based on your health check questions and answers.
- A symptom checker as well as one-to-one follow-ups with the nurse champion if anything looks unusual.
- Help sourcing appointments, referrals and chasing up prescriptions.
- 24/7 GP advice by phone or video.
- Private prescription delivery (cost and any delivery charges will be payable).
- Physiotherapy triaging and specialist referrals.
- Help with anxiety and depression as well as mood journaling tools.

How do I sign up for Health and Wellbeing Services?
It’s really easy. If you’re already covered with Post Office Life Insurance or Over 50s Life Cover, you can get started right away. Head over to the Health and Wellbeing Services website to activate and start using the services. Ensure you have the following information to hand:
- Policy number – this will be in your Life Insurance welcome pack which you should receive no more than five days after taking out your policy.
- Date of birth.

Please note that the Post Office Health and Wellbeing Services do not form part of your life cover contract and it could be changed or removed in the future. This is a non-contractual benefit Post Office Limited can withdraw at any time.
Post Office Health and Wellbeing Services are provided by MediPartner Limited who is an independent health and advisory service and is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
