The DPD Gold is a guaranteed service. If you provide the recipients mobile number at point of purchase, the recipient will receive a text message in the morning giving them a 1-hour delivery window. If your recipient isn’t going to be in, they will receive a message with a link to divert the parcel to a pickup collection point that is convenient for them.
The cut-off time for sending items for next day delivery is between 3pm and 5pm the previous working day. There is a Saturday guaranteed delivery option with an additional charge of £4. Please check with your local Post Office branch for their sending cut-off time.
