Amazon

What do you need to bring?

You'll receive a QR code and instructions in an email from Amazon when your parcel arrives in branch. You'll need this collection QR code to pick up your package.

How long will we keep it for?

You have 7 days from the day it's delivered to your chosen Post Office branch. If you don't collect the item in that time, it'll be returned to the sender by Amazon.

What ID do I need to bring?

No ID is needed.

DHL

What do you need to bring?

You'll receive an email or SMS from DHL containing instructions and a collection PIN.

If you don’t have your collection PIN, please contact DHL who’ll be able to re-issue one.

How long will we keep it for?

You have 7 days from the day it's delivered to your chosen Post Office branch. If you don't collect the item in that time, it'll be returned to the sender by DHL.

What ID do I need to bring?

No ID is needed.

DPD

What do you need to bring?

You'll need to bring your DPD pick-up pass. This contains the pick-up code and will be sent to you via email or SMS once your order is ready for collection. It'll tell you if any additional photo ID (passport or driving licence only) is needed.

If you don't have your DPD pick-up pass, you can still collect your parcel if you present a photo ID plus an additional form of identity verification (either a utility bill or bank card).

How long will we keep it for?

You have 7 days from the day it's delivered to your chosen Post Office branch. If you don't collect the item in that time, it'll be returned to the sender by DPD.

What ID do I need to bring?

Your pick-up pass will tell you if any additional photo ID is needed. We only accept passport or driving licence.

If you don't have your DPD pick-up pass, you'll need your photo ID plus an additional form of identity verification (either a utility bill or bank card).

If you’re collecting on someone else’s behalf and ID is needed, this should be for the person the item’s addressed to.

Evri

What do you need to bring?

You'll receive a QR code and instructions in an email from Evri. You'll need to present this QR code to pick up your package.

How long will we keep it for?

You have 10 days from the day it's delivered to your chosen Post Office branch. If you don't collect the item in that time, it'll be returned to the sender by Evri.

What ID do I need to bring?

Check the confirmation email you’ll receive from Evri when you’ve completed your order. This will provide pick-up instructions, including whether you’ll need any additional photo ID.

If you’re collecting on someone else’s behalf and ID is needed, this should be for the person the item’s addressed to.

Parcelforce Worldwide

What do you need to bring?

Your delivery confirmation (as a text or email).

How long will we keep it for?

We’ll keep items delivered by Parcelforce Worldwide for 18 days.

What ID do I need to bring?

Any ID used to collect items should be for the person they’re addressed to:

We’ll accept any of these forms of ID:

  • Digital ID: Post Office EasyID or Yoti
  • Birth certificate
  • Building society book
  • Cheque book
  • Cheque guarantee card
  • Council tax payment book
  • Credit card
  • Credit card statement (no older than 6 months)
  • Debit card
  • Full driving licence
  • Marriage certificate
  • Military photo ID
  • Police Warrant Card
  • Foreign national identity card
  • National Savings bank book
  • Valid passport
  • Paid utilities bill (no older than 6 months)
  • Standard acknowledgement letter (SAL) issued by the Home Office for asylum seekers
  • Trade union card

If you’re under the age of 18 and can’t provide any of these, we’ll take one of the following too (originals, not copies):

  • Medical card
  • National Insurance card
  • Savings book

If you’re collecting on someone else’s behalf and ID is needed, this should be for the person the item’s addressed to.

Royal Mail

What do you need to bring?

Bring in a copy of your tracking ID and personal ID.

How long will we keep it for?

We’ll keep items delivered by Royal Mail for 18 days.

What ID do I need to bring?

Any ID used to collect items should be for the person they’re addressed to:
