Find your named Post Office branch

If you’ve been asked to collect your permit from a specific named Post Office branch, you can find it and its opening hours now using our Branch Finder tool.

Collect your BRP from a different branch

If you need to redirect your biometric residence permit to a different Post Office branch, you can use our branch finder to locate one that’s more convenient. Search by your location. Then filter the results by selecting ‘BRP Card Collection Services’ under ‘Home Office Services.’  

Choose a preferred pickup location from the results. Then visit that branch to request the redirection and pay a small fee for the service. You can return 10 calendar days later to collect your BRP.
