One4all Gift Cards are accepted by over 50,000 stores and over 180 high street brands.
If you order online, you can personalise your One4all Gift Card to add that extra special touch. Create a card from scratch or add a photo and message to a frame. Personalised cards are available for online orders only and take up to 4 working days to be delivered. You can create a personalised digital gift card with your own picture and add text and/or video when you send the gift card.
One4all Gift Cards can be spent with no charges for 18 months following the purchase date (i.e. when the card was bought from a Post Office branch or online). After this time a monthly charge of 90p will be deducted from funds remaining on the card, until the card balance reaches zero. For more info visit https://www.one4all.com/terms-conditions
To report a lost or stolen card, call the One4All Gift Card team immediately on 0370 085 4141. Please note you must have your card number in order to block further use. A re-issue fee of £5 will apply.
You can check the balance on a One4all Gift Card online or by calling 0330 828 0881. You will not be able to check the remaining balance of a One4all Gift Card in any retail outlet where it’s accepted.
No, it’s not possible to top up One4all Gift Cards after being topped up once.

You can spend your One4all Gift Card 24 hours after it has been purchased. The One4all Gift Card can be used in thousands of outlets nationwide. You can go directly to the store of your choice and present the card at the till. You can get a full list of participating retailers online or pick up a directory free of charge. Please note you must know your balance when presenting the card for payment.
The retailer cannot provide cash back from the balance on the Gift Card. If the full amount of card is not spent, then the balance remains on the card.
