Service updates

We’re pleased to announce that travel money is back on sale as normal. This means that you can order currency online for home delivery or collection in-branch, or go into selected branches to buy over the counter.

If you have unused foreign currency that you no longer need, you can sell currency back to us

If you bought your currency at a Post Office and your trip has been cancelled, then we operate a refund guarantee. You will need the original receipts from your purchase and evidence that your holiday has been cancelled, but we will refund your currency at the rate you bought it. You need to call us immediately on 020 7937 0280. We will then cancel your card and work out the best way to replace it.
