If you’ve previously sent money with Western Union, we’ll have your details to hand so we can transfer money in minutes** for you.
If you haven’t used Western Union before, we’ll take some information from your ID, but you may also need to provide us with some extra details verbally or by filling in a form.
For added ease you can include the transfer fee in the total amount, or you can pay it separately. A currency exchange rate may also apply***.
To let them know the money is on its way and pass on the reference number (MTCN) we give you at the counter. They’ll be able to collect their funds in minutes**.
If you’re sending £800 or more, you MUST upload an image of the ID used during the transaction - you will only need to do this once.
They will have been given the reference number (MTCN) when they sent the money to you.
