How to add or edit your contact details

1. Log into your online account (for help, please see our ‘How to Log In to your Savings Account’ video, which can be found using the search tool in the top right of your screen)
 

2. Click on your name in the top right corner of your screen
 

3. Select “Contact Details” from the drop-down menu
 

4. Add or update your details. You can either provide new details of your email address, mobile and home phone numbers, or update the ones already provided
 

5. If you want to update your address, click on “Change address” in the bottom left of the screen
 

6. Enter your postcode in capitals (including a space), then click “Look up”
 

7. Select your address from the list provided
 

8. Click “Save”. For your security, following a change of address you will not be able to transact on your savings account(s) for one full business day
