Common questions about DHL services

  • If the online retailer you’re purchasing from offers this service, you can select a Post Office branch as a delivery location during checkout.

  • DHL will notify you via email or SMS that your parcel has arrived, and you’ll receive a collection PIN. Please wait until you receive this confirmation before attempting collection.

  • You'll need to follow the instructions in the email or SMS from DHL. The email or SMS will contain a collection PIN. You’ll need this in branch when you collect your parcel.

  • If you don’t have your collection PIN, you should contact DHL who’ll be able to re-issue one.

  • You have 7 days from the day it's delivered to your chosen Post Office branch. If you don't collect the item, it'll be returned to the sender by DHL.
