Please note, Post Office has made the decision to leave the telecoms market and sold it's Post Office Broadband and 
Home Phone service to Shell Energy.

If you need help, please try our existing customers area or My Account, where it can be faster and simpler to get answers to common questions. You’ll be helping us prioritise calls from our most vulnerable and elderly customers, so thank you.
