Sign up for Drop & Go online here, then pop into your local branch with some ID to receive your Drop & Go card. You can start using the service straight away

it’s this easy. . .

1. Complete your parcel manifest

2. Find your local Drop & Go branch and drop off your items to the fast-track counter with your completed manifest

3. We will process your parcels on the same day

4. The cost will be deducted from your prepaid card, which you can top-up in branch or online.

5. If you’re sending anything tracked or if you need any certificates of posting, we’ll keep those receipts ready for you to collect the next time you come and see us. In the meantime, you’ll be able to access any tracking numbers in your online purchase history as soon as they’ve been processed in branch.

How do I set up an online account?

Follow these simple steps. . .  it’s that easy
1. Register for a Post Office online account
2. After completing your registration click on the Return to my profile button
3. You will be taken to the ‘linking your account’ page, where you’ll need to enter your existing Drop & Go card number and postcode
4. Review the details we hold for you and enter your contact details
5. Remember your email address and password details for easy log in next time
6. All done!

How do I sign up?

It's easy to sign up for Drop & Go, either visit your nearest Drop & Go branch and our mails specialist will be happy to help or sign up online right now.

If you’d like to discuss the service further with your local branch, download the application form and bring this in with you

You will need to bring certain forms of ID to open a Drop & Go account. Check the list of acceptable documents or speak to our mails specialist in branch.

All that's left to do then is top-up your account with some funds, either in branch or online, and you'll be ready to Drop & Go. Always talk to the mails specialist in your local branch to find out their cut-off times for Drop & Go acceptance and the local drop-off process, as these will vary by branch.
