Service updates

We’ve changed our call centre opening hours, you can view contact centre numbers and opening hours below. 


We’re experiencing a higher volume of calls than normal. To help us prioritise our elderly and vulnerable customers, please only call us if you have an urgent query that can’t wait.  


Please bear with us as our processing of disputed transaction claims are taking longer than usual due to the volumes we are currently receiving. Your patience is appreciated. If you have already made a claim, you don’t need to call us: we will be in touch if we need further information.


You can continue to use online banking as normal. If not urgent, you can also reach us using our digital channels.



Information on payment breaks

For credit cards starting with card number 5185, you can request a payment break of up to 3 months.


Payment breaks will not impact your credit file held by credit reference agencies.
