Important news for Post Office Broadband & Phone customers

Post Office has sold its Broadband and Phone business to Shell Energy.

We have made the decision to leave the telecoms market and have sold our Post Office Broadband and Home Phone service to Shell Energy.

 

This transition allows Post Office to focus on its core business of letters and parcels, everyday banking services, bill payments and travel money, whilst ensuring you continue to receive high-quality broadband and phone services from Shell Energy. Shell Energy already provide home energy and broadband services to over a million customers in Britain.

 

If you are an existing Post Office Broadband or Phone customer, there is no immediate change to your package, prices or service. If you would like to upgrade or need help, please visit the Existing Customer support page, log in to your My Account or call our Customer Support team on 0345 600 3210.

 

If you are looking to buy broadband, we are no longer offering service to new customers however information on Shell Energy Broadband products including Fibre Broadband can be found at www.shellenergy.co.uk/broadband

Are you an existing Post Office Broadband or Phone customer?

 

Please note, there will be no immediate change to your package, prices or service.

You’ll continue to receive a Post Office branded bill and you can continue to pay your bill in your local Post Office branch. Customer service and technical support remains the same, including the same contact numbers, email addresses and opening hours.
 

Your My Account can also be accessed as normal, as well as your Post Office email accounts.
 

Your terms and conditions will stay the same.
