Contract Renewals & Upgrading

When you sign up to a Post Office Broadband or Phone package you’ll automatically be contacted by letter or email, depending on how you requested to be contacted, when your contract is coming to an end. This allows you to review how much you will pay for your service or how much you will pay if you renew to another package or offer.

Our renewal process

  • You'll receive a contract renewal letter or email around 30 days' before your contract end date with options.
  • Review your options (quickest way is by calling us on 0800 121 7017. You can either renew, do nothing or choose to leave us).
  • If you choose to renew, we'll start your new contract as quickly as we can

What happens when my contract ends?
Your service continues as normal, however you’ll automatically move on to the standard price for your selected broadband, Fibre or phone package when your current offer comes to an end.

You can find details of the standard price of your package in your renewal letter or e-mail. If you can’t find them, it’s not a problem. Please contact us on 0800 121 7017 and we can help.

When does my contract end?
Your contract end date is provided in your renewal letter or e-mail. If you can’t find it, it’s not a problem. Please contact us on 0800 121 7017 and we can help.

If you're thinking about leaving, just get in touch with us on 0800 121 7017 and a member of our Customer Loyalty team will be happy to discuss your latest offers.

I’m about to come out of contract, what are my options?
If you’re coming out of contract we have a great range of offers available for existing customers who wish to stay with Post Office. Simply give our Customer Loyalty team on 0800 121 7017 to review your account and discuss your renewal options.
