Do you have money worries or are you struggling financially?

Life can sometimes take us by surprise and that can affect how we manage our money. If you're struggling or think you're going to struggle it can be tempting to ignore it and hope things will improve. Rather than worrying, contact us or whoever your lender is right away. There may be things we can do to help.

How we can help

There are a number of options we may be able to discuss with you. When you call us, make sure you have to hand details of:

  • Your monthly income (including any benefits, overtime and bonus payments and whether these are guaranteed).
  • Your monthly household spending like bills, shopping, fees and subscriptions.
  • The total amount you owe in terms of mortgages, loans and credit cards and any other debt payments.
  • The number of organisations you owe money to.

You'll find most of this information on your bank statements or by looking at your bank account online.

Ask if you need them to talk to a relative, friend or debt counselling organisation about your accounts or products if you prefer. We'll need your authorisation first to do this for your protection.
