  • For Parcelforce Worldwide globalexpress you’ll need to fill in a customs pack even if you’re sending items within the EU.

  • Yes. You’ll need to do this when sending items overseas using any of our international express post services. See our full list of restricted and prohibited items.

  • Yes. Under Customs Law, the sender is legally responsible for the information on the declaration. So, it’s in your own interest to make sure you completely it accurately and in full. Have questions? Just ask a member of staff in-branch.

  • Yes, but remember the amount of compensation we’ll pay out differs according to the service you choose.

    • Parcelforce Worldwide globalexpress: up to £200
    • Parcelforce Worldwide globalpriority: up to £100

    For both services, you have the option to buy extra cover up to the value of £2,500.

  • Yes, they do. It’s important to check the item you’re sending is allowed in the destination country so we’ll pay compensation in the event of loss or damage.
