Making a Boohoo return with us
It’s now easier than ever because all you have to do is drop it off at your local Post Office. That’s it. You don’t even have to print a return label at home. If you prefer, you can just pop into your local branch, and we’ll scan the QR code straight from your phone and label the item for you.
- Repack your item(s)
- Login to Boohoo’s returns portal. You will need your order number and email/last 4 digits of your phone number and let them know which item you’re returning and why
- Choose to return at your local Post Office
- Then print a returns label or get a QR code for your phone
Bring your package and label or QR code to your local Post Office and we’ll do the rest. Boohoo will then send you an email when they receive your returned stuff. If you've not heard anything in 28 days, give them a shout and they’ll look into it for you.
