Making an ASOS return with us

Not everything we buy from ASOS works out. So it’s great that they offer free returns on everything they sell. If you’ve got something you need to return, you can do it quickly and simply with your nearest participating Post Office branch

Log into your ASOS account 

  1. You can return for free by going to the My Orders section of your account and selecting Create Return next to the order you’re looking to send back 
  2. Select the items you’re returning and the reason you’re returning them. All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging including tags, eg shoes should be returned with the original shoe box
  3. Search by postcode, street or address to find your nearest Post Office drop-off point. Please remember that all the items you've selected need to be posted back in one parcel. We recommend removing or covering your shipping label before attaching your returns label to the parcel

Visit your local Post Office branch 

  1. Your unique QR code will be emailed to you. They’ll also save your QR code to your account under My Returns, just in case the email gets deleted
  2. Take your parcel and QR code to your chosen drop-off point and we’ll take care of the rest. Or, if you prefer, you can just pop into your local Post Office branch and we’ll scan the QR code straight from your phone 
  3. It can take up to 10 working days for your order to reach their warehouse and be processed. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show in your account. Keep hold of your proof of postage – we may need to see it later

Common ASOS returns questions

  • Yes, ASOS covers all returns costs.

  • You just need to use something that is sealable, waterproof and can’t be seen through and then bring it to your local Post Office branch and attach your returns label.

  • You’ll need to return within 28 days of receiving it to get a full refund. If you return your order within 29 to 45 days of receiving it, you’ll be given a gift voucher instead. To get the most up to date information check out returns information on the ASOS website.
