Yes, if you already have a Post Office Verify account then you can continue to use it to access the connected government services by following these steps:
If you can’t log in and are unable to recover your password or two-factor authentication method, unfortunately, for security reasons you will not be able to access your existing Post Office Verify account and re-registration will no longer be possible.
Government services will have other identity verification options available for you to use. Please follow the instructions on the GOV.UK start page for the specific government service and choose the option most suitable to you.
If you wish to delete your account you can do so by logging in and selecting the delete option in the Settings section. If you can’t to log in, you can send us an email to email@example.com to let us know that you're unable to log in but would like for your account to be deleted. For security reasons, please also confirm your full name and date of birth. Once your request has been processed, we will send your account for deletion and after 30 days it will be irreversibly deleted. You will no longer be able to recover your account after this period.

Our contract with the Government Digital Service has ended and as a result we are no longer offering the GOV.UK Verify service for new accounts. If you have an existing Post Office Verify account, you can still use it for government services that are connected to GOV.UK Verify.
