How to add or edit your linked account details
If you have an easy access product you can change your linked account details online. Here's how:
1. Login to your account
2. Go to the account summary page
3. Select "edit a linked account" for the Post Office savings account you want to change
4. Follow the on-screen instructions
If you have a fixed term account, you will need to call us on 0800 169 7500.* You'll need your six-digit security number.
After you change it, it takes one working day before you can use the new account for withdrawals.
Each savings account has its own linked account. So, you'll need to setup or edit the linked account for each of your savings account separately.
