Your POca Account
Our contract with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to provide POca will end in November 2022. Payment of your pensions or benefits is no longer being made into your POca account and has been moved to a bank, building society or credit union account or been migrated onto the new payment exceptions service in the form of an imovo voucher.
Your POca account is now closed and you should have received a letter notifying you of the date of this closure. This will have included a form so that you can claim any balance remaining in your account. From that date you will no longer be able to access your account either in branches or via ATMs.
Many customers who've already switched to a bank account are still visiting their Post Office branch to access everyday banking services such as withdrawing money.
