  • Measure the longest edge, making sure it’s no longer than 61cm
  • Measure the other two sides, making sure each is no longer than 46cm

Common questions

  • The DPD Next Day by 12pm service aims to deliver items by 12pm the next day. For some postcodes, delivery is by 1pm the next day. This delivery window is not guaranteed.

    The cut-off time for sending items for next day delivery is between 11am and 3pm the previous working day. Please check with your local Post Office branch for their sending cut-off time.

  • Yes. Jewellery above £250 in value, cash, vouchers and tickets are all prohibited.

  • Signature on delivery isn’t available with this service, but a proof of delivery photo is included as standard. This can be viewed online or on the app.
