How to log in to your Savings account
- Visit the login page
- Enter your user ID. It’s 7 digits long and will have been sent to you by post or email when you first opened a savings account
- Enter your date of birth and press ‘log in’
- You’ll then be asked for 3 digits from your 6-digit security number (6DSN). This will have been chosen by you as part of your online application or sent to you by post
- If you’ve forgotten your 6DSN please contact us to arrange for a new one to be sent out. For security reasons, you can’t reset this online or by phone
- Once you’ve added the 3 digits, you can select ‘log in’
- You’ll now be logged into your savings account
