    How do I know who is covered?

    Any named person on the policy will be covered by Post Office® Travel Insurance.

    I don't live in the UK. Can I take out a policy?

    Unfortunately not. Our policy covers UK residents (including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man).

    I live in Southern Ireland. Can I take out a policy?

    Unfortunately not. You must live in the UK (including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man).

    My partner and I live at separate addresses. Can we still buy family cover?

    No, you need to buy separate policies. Partners need to be at the same UK address to be eligible for family cover.

    Is there an age limit for Single Trip policies?

    On our website there is an upper age limit of 65 for all levels of Single Trip policy. Our call centre is able to offer Classic Single Trip policies to customers aged over 65 (with no upper age limit) so if you are over 65 please give us a call free on 0800 294 2292. If you are the main policy holder you need to be at least 18 unless you are a single parent who is travelling with dependant children.

    Is there an age limit for Annual Multi Trip policies?

    On our website there is an upper age limit of 65 for all levels of Annual Multi-Trip policy. However if you are aged between 65-74 then you can purchase the Classic Annual Multi Trip policy either by calling us free on 0800 294 2292 or by popping into a Post Office branch. If you are the main policy holder you need to be at least 18 unless you are a single parent who is travelling with dependant children.
