    You must be a UK resident and aged 21 or over.

    You can borrow any amount between £2,000 and £25,000

    What happens after I’ve applied?

    Your documents should arrive within approximately 4 days of submitting your application.
    After returning your documents to us, your application will be fully assessed and we will write to you within a couple of days to inform you of the final decision.
    If your application is successful the funds will be sent to your account within 3 working days of the final decision.

    Can I change my mind about taking out a loan?

    Yes, you have 14 days to change your mind about your personal loan. If you do decide you no longer want it simply call us on 0800 169 2000 (Mon-Fri 9.00am-5.00pm).

    When will I hear if my application is successful?

    We normally give you a decision within 4 working days.

    What can I do if my loan is not approved and I don't agree?

    If you're unhappy with the decision you can call us on 0800 169 2000 (Mon-Fri 9.00am-5.00pm). We'll provide you with an explanation as to how your application has been assessed.

    What happens after my application has been approved?

    Once we have approved your application, we'll send your agreement out by first class post.
    You will need to check all the details and sign the agreement as well as the Direct Debit mandate.
    You'll also be sent a copy of our Terms and Conditions.

    How quickly will I get my money?

    Upon acceptance of your application and receipt of your signed agreement, we aim for the money to be in your bank or building society within 3 working days.

    When will my first loan repayment be due?

    This will depend on when you apply and any holiday periods you may take. Your first repayment date will be stated on your credit agreement which will be sent to you.

    Can I choose the date to make my repayments?

    After you have made your first repayment simply call us on 0800 169 2000* and let us know your preferred payment date.

    How do I make repayments?

    Repayments will be made by Direct Debit from the bank/building society you have chosen. So don’t worry about posting cheques on time.

    What if I can’t make my monthly repayment?

    If you are unable to make your repayments, whatever the reason please call 0800 169 2000 (Mon-Fri 9.00am-5.00pm). Our experienced advisors will tell you the options available.

    Can I take a payment break?

    You can choose up to 2 months per year when you would like a break from your loan and those month(s) remain payment free until your loan runs it's course1

    If you would like to set up your loan with Payment Holidays, call 0800 169 2000.

    1 Payment Holiday month(s) must be chosen when applying for your loan. We are unable to offer you the month when you are due to make your first loan repayment as a Holiday month. Payment Holiday months cannot be consecutive. Once chosen, no repayments will be collected during those months for the term of the loan. Payment Holiday month(s) cannot be varied from year to year.

    Can I pay my loan off early?

    Yes, you can settle your loan agreement at any time by writing to us and paying the amount you owe under the loan, which may be reduced by a rebate. Early settlement fees may apply.
