If you need to make a claim, call our 24/7 Claims Line on 0845 602 5279

You'll be sent a form to complete and send back to us, together with evidence supporting your claim. We'll get back to you within 5 working days. We aim to make settling a claim as easy and as fair as possible.


Information you'll need to provide:

 
  • original receipts, bills, cash withdrawal slips, flight and luggage tickets, guarantees, instruction manuals, accident reports and any photographs of your belongings
  • a police report made within 24 hours of any theft or loss of your passport, personal belongings, money or a mugging
  • a “Property Irregularity Report ” for baggage lost or damaged by an airline
  • written confirmation from your tour operator or carrier to validate any delays

Emergency medical assistance

 

If you need emergency medical assistance while you’re away call +44 23 8064 4633:

  • have some contact information ready so that we can keep in touch with you?
  • call us if you are going to be in hospital for more than 48 hours, or if you may need to return home early
  • call us if you do not have the funds to cover your medical costs

Make sure you get a medical report from the doctor who provided you with treatment.

It may be more convenient for you to pay smaller costs and claim afterwards. If you pay for the treatment yourself, keep the receipts.
