Unforeseen changes can happen across our network of branches for all sorts of reasons, for example a flood or a fire, or the withdrawal of the existing premises for use as a Post OfficeŽ branch.  We aim to keep you informed about these changes and we have agreed a Code of Practice on public consultation and communication with respect to change in the Post OfficeŽ network. This Code of Practice has been agreed with Consumer Focus, a national consumer statutory body.
