    What is an Outreach service?

Outreach services are an innovative way to provide you with Post OfficeŽ products and services in communities where a traditional Post OfficeŽ is not viable or practical.  For the majority of outreach services an established subpostmaster (known as the “core” subpostmaster) will travel to, or oversee service at, a nearby community to provide a local Post OfficeŽ service in addition to running their own Post OfficeŽ branch.  This enables Post Office Ltd to maintain a service in smaller communities in addition to supporting existing branches.  For more information go to the outreach page.
