Post Office Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Royal Mail Group. With a nationwide network of Post OfficeŽ branches across the country the Post OfficeŽ network is the UKs biggest retailer. Our history dates back to 1635 when Charles 1 opened up his private mail service to the general public.
Post OfficeŽ branches were established originally for the acceptance of mail, but their use expanded to include the payment of pensions and other financial transactions.
