Where can I purchase a One4all Gift Card?

You can purchase our Gift Card online or at your local Post Office in full pound denominations of £10 to £400.

See full terms and conditions. can be used in thousands of outlets nationwide.  You can go directly to the store of your choice and present the card at the till.  You can get a full list of participating retailers online or pick up a directory free of charge in your local Post Office.  Please note you must know your balance when presenting the card for payment.

How can I find out how much is on the card?

You can check your account balance online or by calling 0845Calls to 0845 numbers may be charged at up to 5p per minute from a fixed line and calls from mobiles can be considerably higher. Calls may be monitored or recorded for training and compliance purposes. 0822 480.

Can the card be topped up?

The card is a non reloadable card and cannot be topped up.

Can the retailer give me cash back from the Gift Card?

The retailer cannot provide cash back from the balance on the Gift Card. If the full amount of card is not spent then the balance remains on the card.

Will the retailer be able to tell me my balance on the Gift Card?

Why was my Gift Card refused?

There may be a few reasons why your Gift Card was refused. The balance on your Gift Card may be less than you thought, or less than the retailer attempted to deduct from your card, or there may have been an issue with the retailer’s card processing terminal. To confirm your balance please contact the balance information line on 0845Calls to 0845 numbers may be charged at up to 5p per minute from a fixed line and calls from mobiles can be considerably higher. If the balance on your card is correct and was sufficient to cover the transaction attempted then please contact our Customer Service team on 08700 85 41 41 to investigate further.

Is there a fee when purchasing the card online?

Yes. Postage and packaging is currently 99p

If I order a Gift Card online, when can I expect to receive delivery of my order?

Orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day and expected delivery of 2-5 working days when sent by standard post. If the courier option is selected, then the card will be delivered within 48hrs. Orders placed at the weekend and on public holidays will be handled on the next working day.

Orders received after 11am Mon-Fri will be despatched the next working day.

What happens if I need a refund from a store?

Normal retailer refund policy applies and the store will normally refund you with their own vouchers/card. I’ve lost my Gift Card, what is the procedure?

To report your card lost/stolen please call us immediately on 08700 85 41 41.  Please note you must have your card number in order for us to block your card.  A re-issue fee of £5.00 will apply. Until we receive your initial notification you will remain liable for any debit to the card by the unauthorised use of the lost or stolen card.

How long are Gift Cards valid for?

Expiry dates may apply depending on the date of purchase.

One4all gift cards gift cards issued prior to May 1st 2011 will expire 18 months from the date of purchase.

£5 replacement fee will apply for cards returned to us.

One4all gift cards gift cards issued between May 1st 2011 and November 30th 2011 will expire 7.5 years from the date of purchase.

There will be a card fee of £0.24 applied to the card on the 31st month after the card sale date and each month thereafter until the card balance reaches zero or the card expires.

One4all gift cards issued from December 1st 2011 onwards do not have an expiry date and will remain valid for as long as there is a balance on the one4all gift cardThere is no purchase fee when you purchase your One4all Gift Card at your local Post Office® branch. There will be a charge of £0.90 applied to the card on the19th month after the card sale date and each month thereafter until the card balance reaches zero.

Where is my Card Verification Value (CVV) number located?

The CVV number for checking your balance is on the back of the card on the right hand side and it’s covered by panel which you simply scratch to reveal the number.
