Redirect your mail to a new address or redirect and collect from a Post Office

- Moving house or changing business address? Choose Mail Redirection and get your mail forwarded to your new address
- Travelling in the UK or abroad? Choose Poste Restante and arrange to pick up your mail from Post Office® branches in the UK and post offices in larger towns abroad
Mail Redirection
Are you moving home or changing your business address? Make sure you continue to get your mail and reduce the risk of identity fraud by using the Mail Redirection service.
- available for 1,3, 6 or 12 months
- option to renew for up to a maximum of 2 years
- redirect your mail to any UK or overseas address
- prices start at £12.50 for a month
Mail Redirection is available even if you’re only moving temporarily.
Redirections to European Union destinations (excluding the UK) are subject to VAT at the standard rate.
To redirect business mail, go to your local Post Office® branch.
To prevent identity fraud, the Home Office Identity Fraud Steering Committee recommends you use our Redirection Service from your old address to your new one for at least one year.
