Switching is easy

It’s really easy to transfer your phone to us. There’s no minimum contract for the phone line and a short, 12 month contract for broadband.

All you need is a Migration Authorisation Code (MACYour Migration Authorisation Code or MAC is an identification number specific to your broadband connection. We need this to make the switch to our broadband service. A MAC is valid for 30 days, after this, you’ll need a new one if you haven’t switched over yet.) and a non-cable phone line - we’ll sort out the rest. You should even be able to keep your existing numberNon cable line or HomePhone line required. Minimum 12 month contract.. Plus you can pay your bill by Direct Debit, over the phone or pop in branch.


  1. Apply
    Check availability and apply online, at your local branch or by calling 0800 092 0514. If you’ve got cable or you don’t have a phone line, you’ll need to install or activate one. This usually costs £60, subject to survey, see our HomePhone Service.
    If you’re switching from another broadband supplier and have a BT phone line, you’ll need to request a MACYour Migration Authorisation Code or MAC is an identification number specific to your broadband connection.
