Switching is easy

It’s really easy to transfer your phone to us. There’s no minimum contract and you should be able to keep your existing number. Plus you can pay your bill by Direct Debit, over the phone or pop in branch.

Your Payment Options

As a new customer with either HomePhone or HomePhone and Broadband, you can choose how to settle your bill.

The easiest way to pay and to ensure you always avoid late payment charges is to set up a variable Direct Direct debit which ensures your bill is paid in full every time. We will inform you of the bill total in advance. Your rights are protected by the Direct Debit guarantee.

Monthly Bill Payers

If you choose to pay monthly you will need to set up a Direct Debit. You will be able to view and print your bills online.

Quarterly Bill Payers

Your bills will be posted to you and are also available to view and print out online. You can opt out of receiving paper bills if you wish.



We aim to have you up and running between 5-14 days with no break in service (in some cases it may take a little longer if you are having a new phone line installed but we'll let you know when you join up).

  • Go live date – the date your service will be ready

7-8 We’ll send out your Post Officewireless router – don’t open or connect this until your go live date.

Your service will go live – you’ll be able to start makingcalls with the Post Office.
