A note about broadband speed:

¹We will give you the fastest broadband speed we can provide. We will tell you the speed you can expect to receive before you order the service.

Speed is measured in megabits per second (Mbps) and controls how quickly you can send/receive emails or download your favourite TV show or song. The maximum speeds available vary and are determined by your distance from the exchange. The actual speed you’ll receive when using the internet depends on a few factors; like how busy the web is at the time you’re using it and how many people are trying to use the particular website.
