During the advice process a full assessment of your needs and circumstances will be carried out. This will include an affordability check and will also ensure you and your property meet current lending criteria. At the end of this process you’ll receive a recommendation which will outline the best mortgage for you.

If you already know which mortgage you’d like and are confident that you don’t need any advice then you can apply online.
If you choose to apply for your mortgage in this way, you’re making your application on an execution only basis. This means that we won’t be providing you with any recommendations and it will be up to you to decide if the product you’ve chosen is right for you. You’ll be required to sign a declaration that confirms you’ve chosen to apply this way.
