You can choose to apply in-branch, over the phone or online. Whichever you prefer, you can expect the same quality service from us.

When you've submitted your application you'll receive:

  • A dedicated application manager who'll be with you throughout the process

  • The option to receive SMS updates, phone calls or letters updating you on the progress of your application

Once you've decided to apply, one of your first decisions is how much help with the application process you'll need. Below we look at the services we offer and the different options you have:

If you’re not sure which mortgage is right for you, how much you can afford or whether you meet our requirements then talk to one of our qualified in-branch mortgage specialists. They'll advise you and help guide you through the application process.

During the advice process a full assessment of your needs and circumstances will be carried out. This will include an affordability check and will also ensure you and your property meet current lending criteria. At the end of this process you’ll receive a recommendation which will outline the best mortgage for you.

Apply online

If you already know which mortgage you’d like and are confident that you don’t need any advice then you can apply online.

If you choose to apply for your mortgage in this way, you’re making your application on an execution only basis. This means that we won’t be providing you with any recommendations and it will be up to you to decide if the product you’ve chosen is right for you. You’ll be required to sign a declaration that confirms you’ve chosen to apply this way.
