Get enrolled, step by step

  1. Find a participating branch, and bring your barcoded biometric invitation letter from the UK Border Agency. You’ll also need to bring cash or a debit card to pay the £19.20 fee as we don’t accept credit cards
  2. We’ll capture your biometric details by taking your photograph, fingerprints and digital signature
  3. Your biometric information will be securely sent to the UK Border Agency

To make your visit as quick as possible, we recommend that you visit us on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, as this is when we’re quietest.

  • Larger enrolment booths: 1.193 metres
  • Standard enrolment booths: 0.694 metres
