Sending via Royal Mail or Parcelforce Worldwide

  • You'll need the reference number on your Post Office receipt to track your items. This number may be called a barcode or a reference

  • The reference number will be between 9 and 27 characters long

  • You can only track an item if you have a reference number. Other information, such as name or address, can't be used to track items

  • If you’ve lost your receipt or tear-off label, Royal Mail and Parcelforce Worldwide won't be able to give you the reference number

Sending with Parcels Online via DPD or Evri

  • You’ll need a reference number to track your item. Your tracking number will be emailed to you and appear in your order history if you have an account

  • The same number will appear on your Post Office receipt when you drop off your package

  • The reference number will be between 10 and 16 characters long

  • You can only track an item if you have a reference number. Other information, such as name or address, cannot be used to track items

    Royal Mail Signed For and 1st and 2nd Class parcel services aren't tracked throughout their journey. They only provide the sender with online delivery confirmation.

  • Parcelforce Worldwide UK services, globalpriority and globalexpress provide full tracking.

    Parcelforce UK services require a signature upon delivery. A signature will be visible on your track and trace results.

    Parcelforce Worldwide's globalpriority and globalexpress services also require a signature on delivery. This signature will not always be available electronically and may not show on your track & trace results.
