Broadband and Phone: we’re making some changes to our prices and terms and conditions

We wanted to let you know that from 2nd November 2020, the price of some of our services including calls to UK landlines and call plans will be increasing.

You’ll find further information and detail on our changes below.

Whilst a price rise is never good news we’re committed to ensuring you still continue to receive great value for money – here’s some of things that will not be changing:


  • Fixed Price Broadband, guaranteed: If you have broadband with us, we’re one of the few providers who guarantee your broadband monthly rental price for the length of your contract so you can stay in control of your spending‡.
  • UK based call centres and technical support: We're committed to ensuring 100% of our calls are answered by call centres in the UK. Open every day, all year round, our call centre teams work tirelessly to help you out with everything you need - from explaining your bill to helping you get the most out of your phone and broadband service. All handled in the UK, getting your stuff sorted quickly.
  • Free to pay your bill in any Post Office branch We have 11,500 branches across the country where you can visit to pay your bill over the counter or using one of our self-service kiosks.
  • Extra 10% off your 10 favourite numbers: Just choose the 10 numbers you call most often (UK, mobile or international) and get 10% off the cost of the calls each month.

You don’t need to do anything, as these changes will automatically come into effect on the 2nd November 2020. If you’re not happy with these changes, you can leave without incurring any early termination charges, so if you wish to do this or would like to discuss your options, please contact us on 0345 373 0042 within 30 days of receiving this notification.

‡ FIXED PRICE BROADBAND, GUARANTEED: For all introductory offers (excludes Broadband Connect), the advertised monthly broadband charge will not increase during the minimum contract term. (This does not include call plans or other charges, such as call charges or call features).

† Please check your bill to see if you are on one of these older call plans.

^If you are on this Home Phone package and currently pay for paper billing, you will start receiving paper billing free from 2nd November 2020 and will see a credit on your bill.
