Get proof of postage in-branch
Royal Mail Signed For items need to be posted in a Post Office branch, not a post box, to make sure that the parcel is tracked from the point its dropped off. When you do, you’ll be given a Certificate of Posting. Keep it safe – you’ll need it if you want to claim compensation for loss or damage.
