If you want to collect items from a Post Office branch, here's what to do:
- Wait until midday at least 24 hours after you receive the card
- Visit the website or call the number listed on the card
- Choose a Post Office branch you'd like to collect it from
- To collect a parcel from a Post Office, you’ll need some proof of identity, address, and the P739 card (see list of acceptable ID below).
Please note there's no charge for this service for items delivered by Royal Mail, but there may be a small charge for Parcelforce items.
Bring some ID
To collect a parcel from a Post Office, you’ll need some proof of identity, as well as the tracking ID. It could be a full driving licence, passport or any of the list below. Just make sure it’s the original (not a copy) and for the person the parcel’s addressed to.
