One4all Gift Cards are accepted by over 50,000 stores and over 130 high street brands.

If you order online you can personalise your One4all Gift Card with a photo and message to add that extra special touch. Create a card from scratch or add a photo and message to a frame. Personalised cards are available for online orders only and take up to 4 working days to be delivered. You can create a personalised digital gift card with your own photo and add a message and/or video when you send the gift card.

One4all Gift Cards can be spent with no charges for 18 months following the purchase date (i.e. when the card was bought from a Post Office branch or online). After this time a monthly charge of 90p will be deducted from funds remaining on the card, until the card balance reaches zero.

To report a lost or stolen card, call the One4All Gift Card team immediately on 0370 085 4141. Please note you must have your card number in order to block further use. A re-issue fee of £5 will apply.

You can check the balance on a One4all Gift Card online or by calling 0330 828 0881. You will not be able to check the remaining balance of a One4all gift card in any retail outlet where it’s accepted.

No, it’s not possible to top up One4all Gift Cards after being topped up once.

You can spend your One4all Gift Card 24 hours after it has been purchased. The One4all Gift Card can be used in thousands of outlets nationwide. You can go directly to the store of your choice and present the card at the till. You can get a full list of participating retailers online or pick up a directory free of charge. Please note you must know your balance when presenting the card for payment.

The retailer cannot provide cash back from the balance on the Gift Card. If the full amount of card is not spent then the balance remains on the card.

There may be a few reasons why your Gift Card was refused. The balance on your Gift Card may be less than you thought, or less than the retailer attempted to deduct from your card, or there may have been an issue with the retailer’s card processing terminal. To confirm your balance please contact the balance information line on 0370 854 4141. If the balance on your card is correct and was sufficient to cover the transaction attempted then please contact our Customer Service team on 0370 854 4141 to investigate further.

Yes. Postage and packaging is currently 99p for orders of a physical gift card under £50. There are no fees when purchasing physical gift cards over £50 and all digital gift cards.

Orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday will be despatched same day and the expected delivery is 2-3 working days when sent by standard post. If the courier option is selected, then the card will be delivered within 48hrs. Orders placed at the weekend and on public holidays will be handled on the next working day.

Orders received after 11am Mon-Fri will be despatched the next working day.

All orders are subject to credit card clearance procedures.

Normal retailer refund policy applies and the store will normally refund you with their own vouchers/card. Retailers cannot apply a refund to a One4all Gift Card.

One4all gift cards do not have an expiry date and will remain valid for as long as there is a balance on the one4all gift card.

There will be a charge of £0.90 applied to the card on the19th month after the card sale date and each month thereafter until the card balance reaches zero.

The CVV number for checking your balance is on the back of the card on the right hand side and it’s covered by panel which you simply scratch to reveal the number.

Once you login to your account you can view all cards that are available to spend in the “Spend” section of your account. Simply select the ‘Spend Online’ option to view your card details, including the full 16 digit card number, expiry date and CVV2 number.

These details can be used with any of our retailers that typically accept One4all Gift Cards online. When spending, enter the details of your card as though you were using a credit/debit card. Please note that the value of the purchase cannot be greater than the value of the card, as most websites do not accept multiple payment methods.

In-store: simply tell the cashier how much is on your One4all Gift Card and they will swipe for this amount, then you can pay the rest via cash or card.

Online: unfortunately this is not currently possible, as most websites do not accept multiple payment methods.

You can spend your One4all Gift Card in as many shops as you like.

There could be several reasons why this happened. Please check:

• That you are swiping the gift card on the chip and pin terminal rather than the retailer entering it as a voucher.  
• That you know your balance, and it is more than or equal to the amount you’re trying to spend.
• The One4all Gift Card hasn’t expired (check the Valid Thru date on the front of the card).
• The retailer’s card terminal isn't working correctly.
