How to Use ‘Sending History’ and 'Balance history’

Two useful features of your Drop & Go online account are ‘Account history’ and ‘Purchase history’. In this guide, we’ll explain how to use each of them

Account history

Log into your Drop & Go account and head to the ‘Account history’ section of the site. You can do this either from your dashboard or via the navigation menu.
 
This page displays all your past account top-ups, from in branch, online or via auto top-up. It also displays all your purchases, including which postal services you have spent your funds on. You can select which date range you are interested in, and each transaction will have the date, description, amount and your updated account balance after the transaction is made.

If the amount is in red, it is a withdrawal from your account (ie a purchase), and if the number is in green, this means money has been added into your account (ie a top-up).
 
For purchases, you can click through for further detail about the transaction, such as the specific postal services your purchased on any given transaction.

Sending History

Log into your Drop & Go account and head to the ‘Sending History’ section of the site. You can do this either from your dashboard or via the navigation menu.
 
This page displays all your mail that has been processed. You can view and filter through your sent items by date, postcode or tracking reference.
 
When filtering your search results, you can use ‘%’ to match unknown characters. For example – EC2Y%9QA will find EC2Y 9QA and EC2Y9QA, while %1017KB will find NL1017KB and NL-1017KB. Or find a parcel with the last four characters %B2F4 or %47GB of the tracking reference. You cannot use the £ sign in the search criteria.
 
For postal services which offer tracking, you will see a blue underscored tracking reference number. If you click on a line of this kind, an expanded view will give further detail about the item, and clicking the reference number will take you to a tracking page.
